Description:
|
Provide
post-sales support of company products including extensive technical
assistance to customers, Partners, field service personnel, and other
employees in the diagnosis and resolution of software, configuration, and
application implementation issues, and assist with interfacing company
products to customer computer systems. Assists in testing new versions and in
the reproducing of customer problems. Provides part of escalation path for Teir
1 customer problems, resolving issues where able, escalating to the next
level when appropriate. Completes administrative duties, including
documenting call activity and technical reference materials.

Requirement:

- Proficient
with Windows Operating Systems (XP, Vista, 7)
- 2-3 years
experience interfacing with customers
- Excellent
English and communication skills, other languages a plus
- Strong advantage: General
knowledge networking technologies with emphasis on TCP/IP

knowledge of Routers, Firewalls, Radius Servers, Proxies, etc.

hard-working Senior Server Developer for our Israel (26 Habarzel St. Tel Aviv) office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for design and development of client-server,
WEB applications, including Web site, services and flexible server-side
data processing.
Requirements:
1. Must have 5 years of
experience in server-side software development.
2. Must have a strong understanding of C#
3. Strong experience with ASP.NET features such as AJAX, WEB Forms, Java script etc. Expertise in one
or more would be a plus.
4. Understanding of ADO.NET, , experience working with SQL server, writing complex queries and store
