Developer - TIP Connected Car (Temp position)

General Description

SAP  HANA Cloud for Automotive is an exciting new offering from SAP that provides drivers with delightful  driving experience.

The TIP Connected Car group is looking for talented developer to join one of our development teams. This position is temporary for six months.  

Job Description

Join a scrum team and develop the features in the next release of the product. Development involves SAP HANA and HANA Cloud, JAVA services, WEB and mobile applications.

Job Requirements

·         Experience in one of the following (there is flexibility with regard to internal candidates):

o   Experience in JAVA

o   Experience in HTML5 and/or native mobile development

·         Fluent English

·         Team player

·         Independent and auto deduct

·         BSc or similar computer science degree (there is flexibility with internal candidates)

Genome Analysis Developer - HPAi

General Description

The TIP HANA Core Israel is developing next generation HANA applications which unleash the power of HANA as an in-memory DB application platform.

Job Description

·    Take part in the development of SAP Genomic Platform which enables applications in the area of genomic analysis, cancer diagnosis and identification of genetics disease.

·    Specifically, focus on cutting edge algorithms in the area of DNA and genome analysis

·    Work as part of a Scrum team to:

• Break down requirements to development tasks.
• Design and develop software components using advanced HANA technologies.          
• Develop and perform automated and manual tests to ensure the quality of the software.
• Provide technical support and training, as well as corrections and enhancements to customers.

·    Become part of an international development team. Interact with SAP colleagues and partners around the world.

Job Requirements

·    Education: BSc or Master in bio-informatics, computer science or information systems, from a well-known academic institution.

·    Required skills:

• Experience in OO development and mainstream languages.
• Knowledge of databases development technologies, like SQL.
• Algorithms development experience – an advantage.
• Experience in parallel processing and multi threading – an advantage
• Experience in the area of Genome analysis – an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working experience in multinational or global organizations - an advantage.
• Excellent English written and verbal.

·    Experience: 1 to 3 years work experience as a software development, preferably in the area of genome analysis. 

Software Developer – Information Worker

General Description

The Information Worker group in Israel is part of a global group providing solutions that allow easy access to SAP business processes / services via various technology stacks. The Information Worker (IW)  group is responsible for the entire development lifecycle of several products targeting the IW market, mainly:

SAP NetWeaver Gateway - provides a simple way to connect devices, environments and platforms to SAP software based on market standards. The framework enables development of innovative people centric solutions bringing the power of SAP business software into new experiences such as social and collaboration environments, mobile and tablet devices and rich internet applications.

Job Description

·    Be part of a SCRUM team, developing new tools for ease of consumption of SAP Business data.

·    Gain knowledge of SAP business processes.

·    End to end accountability on product’s features: Design, develop, test, maintain, and document the team’s components.

·    Work in a global organization.

Job Requirements

·    BSc /MSc in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

·    1-2 years of experience in JAVA / C#

·    Outstanding Graduates will be considered as well.

·    Knowledge of mobile technologies preferred (iOS /Android) .

·    Knowledge of Eclipse Plug-In development is an advantage.

·    Knowledge of various technology standards (e.g. REST, OData etc..) is preferred.

·    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Hebrew & English, both written & spoken).

Software Developer – HPAi

General Description

HPAi-Platform organization is part of the SAP flagship HANA - SAP’s new In-Memory Database and Platform for business applications. In HPAi-Platform, we are responsible for the programming model of future business applications within SAP HPAi – RDL, and its Development Environment. We define a specification language for business application that compiles and runs natively within HANA.

Job Description

·    Be a part of compiler developing for RDL language

·    Work in Agile development methodology (SCRUM)

·    Work in a multi-functional, multi-organizational team environment

·    Commit on backlog tasks and deliver them on time and quality

Job Requirements

·    BA/ BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent – Mandatory

·    2-3 years of experience in Software development – Mandatory

·    At least 1 year of experience in C++ Software development – Mandatory

·    Experience in Java Software development - Advantage

·    Ability to discover complex system and pattern quickly

·    Understanding in software best practices

·    Fluent English

·    Self and quick learner

·    Self-managed
